STORE PRODUCTS

Items featured in our online store ship within two days (or sooner).

In the case of Barb's temporary absence from the shop, a notice will be posted in the announcement bar at the top of our online store advising customers of a delay in filling orders.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Allow two weeks to design and create custom orders.

Additional time will be required to obtain the necessary materials for the requested design if you request an item that requires Barb Murrin Jewelry to:
  a) source, cut, grind and polish a custom stone, or
  b) obtain other materials not in stock.

TRACKING

Note that Canada Post is unable to track shipment progress once the package leaves Canada.

If you require faster service or end-to-end tracking outside of Canada, choose a delivery service (Purolator, etc.).
